If you’ve landed here, it’s likely you’ve booked a stand at a show or event and have been advised that we are the best people to speak with about helping bring your stand to life!

We have been installing stands for clients for many years and can handle a range of requests and a range of budgets! A few examples are shown below of how various stands can look with different approaches. We encourage you to get in touch using the email or phone number below, to discuss your needs as early as possible once you have booked your stand. Deadlines can shift, but the show date is sacrosanct so please don’t leave it too late!

It's helpful to have the following information to hand when you get in touch:

1. 1. It's advisable to tell us what specific show it is, your stand number, configuration of stand (i.e 4x3 or 2x2) and the orientation in terms of left-hand and right-hand corners and any open sides. If you’re not sure, please ask the show organiser to confirm.
2. 2. If it’s a show we are unfamiliar with, we may ask for information on the shell scheme being installed. This is the system that your stand will be built on. This may be something like “Octanorm” If you’re not sure, we can find out for you from the organisers.

 

Shell Scheme – blank

The image below is how your stand will look once it’s been set up by the stand team. Basic white panels, ready for graphics, AV equipment, tables, chairs, podiums and anything else bespoke you want to bring to attract visitors! This particular stand is from the Blue Light Show at London Olympia.

 

Shell Transformer Scheme – top range budget

Showcasing the same stand, this has had two polyester shell transformer walls built off the shell scheme. The big advantage with this system is it allows for a seamless wall of artwork / images / text, without needing to accommodate breaks in the panels. We will advise you how to set up your artwork for the best results. Please note we have to hire the stand architecture in for this product so its important to reserve it well in advance of your show to avoid disappointment.

Shell Clad Transformer Scheme – top range budget

An alternative to the polyester shell transformer is the rigid shell clad scheme. This is a slightly lower budget than the first option. We will print rigid panels, affix a Velcro stand-off scheme and apply the panels, lined up, built off the shell scheme again. It is another way to achieve a near seamless look on a slightly lower budget. Again, we will tell you how to set up your artwork

 

Standard Panel Graphics – mid range budget

We will advise you what size to set up your graphics. Once we have print-ready artwork, we will print and deliver to you or your stand, or we can often fit for you so it’s ready and waiting when your team arrives at the show. There’s a choice of rigid panels here, some are single-use, others can be removed and stored (with care) Providing you have a suitable size vehicle to get them to and from the venue. The alternative is to have removeable and rollable graphics that can be rolled up, transported and stored more easily, again, these can be re-used if they are stored with care.

 

 

 

Pop Up stand systems – Top range budget

Although not as popular as they used to be, there are various pop-up systems still on the market. These can be put up, have graphics applied, then taken down and store for use again and again. Please note that you will need to use the same size stand each time and if you want to replace the graphics, it can become harder to source the architecture needed to replace them, as the system ages.

 

 

 

Podiums – Mid range budget

Very useful systems with or without storage. Use one or more on your stand, with graphics applied. Easy to put up and take down and provide a nice focal point for the stand.

 

Roller Banners / Pull Ups – Lower end budget

If you don’t have a huge budget we can print and supply roller banners to fit the back of your stand. Portable and versatile.

 

Bespoke Projects

We are open to discussion if you need anything additional, bespoke for your stand, for instance we built and affixed graphics for a client wanting a table to run miniature diggers on at a recent event.
